Purchased our Himolla 3 Piece Suite from Smiths The Rink by telephone. Salesperson, Sue Taylor was very helpful and the suite was delivered within the time stated by delivery men Andy and James who were both very efficient, tidy and gave sound advice on maintenance etc.
A trouble free experience from start to end. I would recommend this Company unreservedly. Also pleased that I wasn’t inundated my endless and irrelevant emails like some other companies insist on doing.

I can thoroughly recommend Smith’s on the basis of my experience from ordering, visiting the store and delivery. My Himolla Rhine leather sofa arrived on time and I must give credit to the delivery team, Andy and James as the sofa could not be carried into my lounge in one piece. No problem, they removed both sides which are bolted on and reassembled once inside. They carried out this procedure with care and professionalism that I really admired and appreciated. They also had to remove two doors, not the easiest delivery they have encountered I am sure. I certainly would consider ordering from the company again as the free nationwide delivery is very competitive compared to other furniture retailers in my area in Swansea.
Andy & James delivered two Himolla Themse sofas today, 6th October 2017, to our 4th floor apartment in Beech grove, Harrogate. This was not an easy job, having to negotiate a narrow corridor and a small lift, but they accomplished it using some ingenuity and a lot of care. We cannot praise them too highly.
The Company also deserves praise for obtaining the sofas quicker than expected and for storing them until we returned from a holiday in the USA.
