following on from a couple of shocking experiences recently I have been extremely nervous in purchasing high priced items. I am delighted that I took a gamble in dealing with this company. The customer service from the start was incredible. Roy was warm and engaging and went out of his way to assist. He promised to look into a query and to phone me at a specific time (Which he did). I was promised a deadline which was met. My positive experience continued when the Skovby table was delivered, again within the timeframe. Liam and Andy were very professional, they showed great respect to both me and my home. They were very mindful of their surrounds whilst setting up the table to ensure no damage to my property or belongs. They showed me how to extend the table. One factor I particularly liked was they left the room to allow me time to check the table over before I signed it off. I would 100% purchase (with confidence) from this amazing company again. 10/10.
All of the staff we met at Smiths the Rink were really hospitable to us and our dog - Daisy whilst we were choosing our new Skovby dining room furniture. Chris was extremely helpful with his advice on the fabrics we chose and giving us space when we needed it to ponder our choices.
A Masterclass of salesmanship, and customer service. I purchased a Skovby low TV unit which I was wanting to have adapted and Jamie the salesman could not have been more helpful trying to solve my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. Great price Great Service Totally recommended.
We ordered some new Skovby furniture and like most people shopped around for the best price. Smiths The Rink were not only best on price but they outshone anyone else for help and service. Olly was excellent in providing information over the phone, (we are based in London), getting us samples of wood and material, and even arranging a slight change to the standard Skovby table design service. We couldn't wish for better sales service. Our furniture was delivered perfectly and Andy & Beka didn't leave until everything was in place. We will definitely use Smiths The Rink again. Thank you Allison and Jonathan
After spending time researching the Skovby range of furniture Smiths had the range at by far the best price I'd seen. thanks to Olly Smith they were able to order in items for me not listed on their website, again at very competitive prices, and kept me updated at every stage of the delivery being prepared for me. Delivery was very efficient, thanks to Andy and Dave, with my items being delivered to my chosen room and all packaging removed and taken away. Many thanks to all - very happy with my new furniture.
