Once your order is ready for delivery, our transport team will contact you to confirm a delivery day and a mutually convenient 2-hour time slot. Deliveries are scheduled Monday - Friday with our teams operating from 8am to 4pm. Early morning or late afternoon slots can also be arranged upon request depending on your location.
Our Premier 2 Man Delivery includes delivering items to your room of choice, unpacking, and disposing of all packaging. Our team also assemble bed frames, manually operated ottomans, and recliners. If you need assistance with assembling other items, please contact us. Additionally, we offer a service to remove old furniture at the time of delivery (charges may apply). Some items are not assembled - if you have any queries please contact our team.
Yes, Only on our Premier 2 Man service our delivery team will assemble certain types of furniture. Bed frames, ottoman beds, and recliners are assembled as part of our Premier 2 Man Delivery service. Wardrobes are assembled when specified. For information about assembly of other items, please contact us directly.

- We deliver across the country using our own vans and teams, ensuring almost all orders are handled by us. Our delivery routes cover the North and South of the UK with regular 2-day delivery runs. In certain cases, we may use a trusted furniture transport specialist who upholds the same high standards as our own teams.
