The G Plan Eleanor King Size Sofa Bed combines distinctive retro-inspired styling with the versatility of a comfortable sofa and a generous King size sleeping space. Part of the G Plan Vintage collection, Eleanor features beautifully tailored arms, deep buttoned cushions and elegant turned wooden feet, creating a stylish sofa bed with unmistakable G Plan character.
Designed for flexible everyday living, the Eleanor provides comfortable seating during the day before converting into a full King size bed for overnight guests. To open the sofa bed, the three individual back cushions are removed before the hinged seat section is lifted into position and the back folds down to create the sleeping surface. The fixed seat forms part of the bed when opened, creating a clever and practical sleeping solution without the appearance of a conventional sofa bed.
The Eleanor is also an excellent choice where access into your home is restricted. The sofa can be substantially disassembled for delivery, with removable arms and turned wooden feet, whilst the back can also be separated from the main frame. With the back and legs removed, the sofa has a reduced access height of just 56cm, making it particularly useful for properties with narrow doorways or difficult access.
Available in a wide choice of G Plan fabrics, the Eleanor can be tailored to complement your home. The polished beech turned feet are available in a choice of Walnut or Ebony finish, whilst matching Eleanor chairs and footstools are also available to complete the collection.
