A solid ash wood frame with the legs carefully attached using wedge joints, a method whereby the legs are installed into the seat structure, with a wedge hammered into the joints and carefully sanded for a smooth finish. The Winsor infra red tv unit has a built in IR repeater, this picks up any remote control signals in the room as boosts them to the AV modules inside the cabinet meaning the doors do not have to be opened to allow the signal to reach the appliances.
