Ercol Romana IR TV Unit

The Ercol Romana IR TV Unit combines practical media storage with the beautifully flowing curves and craftsmanship that characterise the Romana collection. At 108cm wide, its compact proportions make it ideal where space is more limited while still providing useful storage for your television equipment. A dedicated cupboard provides concealed storage for digital and satellite boxes. Ercol's integrated IR eye allows compatible equipment to be operated using your remote control while it remains hidden behind the closed wooden doors. The IR receiver works with remote controls operating within the 20-70 kHz range. Inside the cupboard is an adjustable glass shelf, while two drawers provide additional storage. Both the drawers and cupboard door hinges incorporate soft-close mechanisms, and a cut-out in the rear provides convenient cable access. Crafted from solid oak, the unit features Romana's signature softly curved front edge, fluid organic legs and distinctive wave-shaped recessed handles. Designed by Ercol's in-house design team and made in the UK, it is finished in Clear Matt Oak lacquer to protect the timber while showcasing its natural character and grain.
