Ercol Romana Large Extending Dining Table

The Ercol Romana Large Extending Dining Table is an impressive solid oak dining table, designed for larger dining rooms and open-plan kitchen spaces. Its generous proportions provide seating for eight when closed and up to ten when fully extended. Beautifully crafted from solid oak, the table features the flowing curves and subtle chamfered detailing that characterise the Romana collection. Smooth curved edges run along the sides of the tabletop, complemented by sculpted legs to create Romana's distinctive organic appearance. Extending the table is simple thanks to a clever reciprocating mechanism. Pull one end of the table and the opposite end opens simultaneously, revealing a butterfly extension leaf stored neatly within the table. The leaf simply flips open into position, increasing the table from 210cm to 275cm in length. Designed by Ercol's in-house design team and made in the UK, the Romana Large Extending Dining Table is crafted from solid oak and finished in Clear Matt Oak lacquer. The finish protects the timber while allowing the natural grain and character of the oak to remain visible.
