Ercol All Purpose Dining Chair

The Ercol Windsor All-Purpose Chair is an enduring classic of British design. Showcasing Ercol’s signature curved bow back, each chair is crafted using time-honoured methods such as steam bending to achieve its elegant shape. The solid ash frame is constructed with wedge joints — a traditional technique where each leg is fitted into the seat and secured with a wedge, then carefully sanded for a seamless finish. This ensures exceptional strength and stability, while the supportive H-frame adds extra durability to the design. The seat is gently sculpted into a saddle shape, offering excellent comfort and support for everyday use. Available in a range of beautifully lacquered wood finishes to protect the surface and minimise maintenance for years to come.
